We do not offer refunds for digital products unless the product is proven to be defective. If you encounter any issues with the digital product, please contact the customer support center (sewuniquepatterns@gmail.com). No cancellations are permitted once the purchase is completed and the digital product is delivered.
Delivering Digital Product
As soon as online payment is received, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank You page. The download link is active for 30 days. After that, it no longer works. Customers can request to resend a file at any time.
